We work using two different service models: 

Project based Outsourcing - Exelsys is responsible for the complete software development process, with progress being monitored against agreed deliverables, based on an agreed set of business requirements or a high level business analysis.  The client is only involved in defining and agreeing the requirements, providing necessary clarifications, as well as reviewing the most important intermediate and final results. 

Integrated Development Teams - Exelsys allocates a competent team to work on the client’s project. The team members are managed by the client and they become integrated into the client’s project structure.  The client is charged a fixed monthly fee per each full-time employee and holds responsibility for keeping the workload of the dedicated team at the specified levels.
